You will work closely with technical specialists, team leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful and high-quality project delivery. Role Responsibilities - Contribute to the delivery of EPR implementation projects across customer sites.

You will also be responsible for: Improving DCF equipment processes and procedures incorporating lessons learned into related documentation Providing feedback and support to DCF technology team on technology improvement opportunities and new technology applications and testing

You will be part of the Product Team working alongside our Product Managers, Data Scientists, Support Engineers, Client Success Executives, Data Specialists and Software Developers, focusing on ensuring our users can make best use of our applications.

You will work closely with our Senior Support Engineer, and the wider Product Team, to ensure and issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
