You will receive full support and mentoring throughout the programme.

You will take a proactive approach to your own training and development throughout the programme.

You will also need GCSE-level qualifications in Maths and English to meet the requirements of the apprenticeship programme.

You will report to the Programme Manager and be located at Springfields. Control of all project documentation from document creation, review and approval through to release, retention & retrieval. Ensuring revision, status and stage control of all project documentation. Maintain and ensure integrity and accuracy of Electronic Documentation.

You will also need proven leadership experience, with a demonstrated track record in a supervisory or management position. While we offer and encourage training and development opportunities, the following skills and knowledge would be highly beneficial: Experience and proven ability in the waste processing industry or similar processing environment.

You will be a strong Excel user, who is naturally methodical, can work to tight deadlines and is a confident communicator. The salary is £35K-£40K (pro rata) and you will receive 25 days holidays plus bank holidays (pro rata) free on site parking, pension and healthcare benefits.

You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, developing an in-depth understanding of customer IT and Network environments and their current and future challenges, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will have a background in managing IT / Network contracts and enjoy working in a customer-facing role.
