You will partner with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization and serve as a trusted advisor who can drive the changes needed to enable Oracle to achieve its compliance goals.

You will also oversee and shape Oracle's engagement and relationships with regulators and leading the company's preparation for, coordination of and response to regulatory oversight.

You will lead a diverse portfolio of frameworks ranging from nuclear, defence and other energy and infrastructure projects.

You will prescribe for patients, regularly review medications and monitor repeat prescriptions. You will be CIPD Level 5 qualified or possess equivalent experience, with a strong background in HR generalist roles across the UK and ideally Europe. You’ll bring a proactive and hands-on approach, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to support a culturally diverse team.

You will be ensuring that Support Plans, Risk Assessments, MAR charts and other paperwork are completed and updated on a regular basis.

You will also be working alongside Support Workers supporting with direct care visits when required as well as completing monitoring checks including medication competency, spot checks and carers assessments.
