You will act as the link between service users, families, staff and the wider multi-disciplinary team, ensuring care is well planned, coordinated and responsive to changing needs. Key aspects of the role include: - Planning, coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of the domiciliary care service.

You will be able to communicate highly complex and sensitive information effectively within the organisation and with external partners, collaborating with external stakeholders regularly in a multidisciplinary approach.

You will be instrumental in setting direction, leading complex procurement programmes, and embedding best-in-class practices that support sourcing through to contract delivery.
