You will act as the site's EHS lead, working closely with senior leadership, operations, contractors, and employee representatives to minimise risk, prevent incidents, and promote safe ways of working at all levels. You will collaborate closely with your local and regional colleagues, external vendors and internal stakeholders.

You will report to the Payroll Manager.

You will ensure compliance with local laws while aligning with global payroll standards and contributing to strategic HR Initiatives.

You will be working with a team of highly motivated and professional school improvement advisers and in your specialist areas you will provide advice and guidance to schools and secure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The role will be field based (across Staffordshire and potentially surrounding Counties) therefore you must have own transport.

You will be practicing autonomously as a highly specialised SLT within the area of forensic mental health to provide patient‐centred clinical care which will encompass the skills of clinical assessment, examination, diagnosis and treatment within their professional scope of practice.
