You will provide efficient administrative support in all aspects of the Endoscopy department's work as directed by the Service Coordinator.

You will be responsible for booking Waiting Lists and appointments and be able to communicate with both Patients and Consultants regarding booking appointments within the Trust Policy Guidelines.

You will provide a high-quality service of care to patients and significant others and to promote a good learning environment.

You will be aware of resource management and to provide effective links within the Trust and undertake and assist in the safe administration of cytotoxic chemotherapy, monoclonal anti-bodies within the Oncology.

You will need to co-ordinate and arrange treatment for the Cancer Centre's patients, and for ensuring the patients' medical records are properly maintained.

You will also be by dealing with patient queries over the phone and by email, processing and sending out patient letters, managing the patient pathway in line with Cancer Wait Times.
