You will support the submission of consistent, high quality, engaging proposals that delight our customers. Key Responsibilities Within this role you will be responsible for supporting the win strategy and coordinating the proposal content. The role will involve: - Assisting with research into appropriate proposal opportunities.

You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to help maintain structure, clarity, and operational continuity within a fast paced environment, while supporting in house logistics and import export activities.

You will already have working knowledge of logistics and import export processes, including supporting international shipments and associated documentation.

You will carry out a hands on role coordinating the delivery of people developmentprogrammes, contributing to the overall delivery of Gleeds people strategy byenhancing knowledge, skills and engagement.

You will need experience working in a People or Human Resources team, ideally with prior exposure to L&D functions along with knowledge of L&D theory and the learning cycle.

You will be focussed on understanding customer needs, to ensure opportunities are realised and first class service is provided at all times. On this occasion we are seeking to hire someone on a full time basis, working Monday to Friday.

You will need to learn our internal systems (CRM etc.) but that goes for anyone and we will provide full training.
