You will be responsible for processing import and export shipments, ensuring compliance procedures are in place, managing export licenses and improving processes. The RoleProcess export shipments in compliance with regulations and UK Strategic Export Controls. Determine export classification and identify license requirements.

You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to help maintain structure, clarity, and operational continuity within a fast paced environment, while supporting in house logistics and import export activities.

You will already have working knowledge of logistics and import export processes, including supporting international shipments and associated documentation.

You will be responsible for ensuring that customer declarations are completed on time and in full to allow goods to move.

You will be working with and have the support of an experienced Operational team to provide the necessary support. This core role will focus on identifying, sourcing, developing and securing new business opportunities with customers who are importing and exporting goods across border via Road Freight.

You will work with different teams to make sure all bids are accurate, clear and submitted on time.

You will help manage timelines and keep everything organised.

You will update bid content such as case studies and team profiles.

You will check documents for quality and make sure they meet client and company standards.

You will be focussed on understanding customer needs, to ensure opportunities are realised and first class service is provided at all times. On this occasion we are seeking to hire someone on a full time basis, working Monday to Friday.

You will need to learn our internal systems (CRM etc.) but that goes for anyone and we will provide full training.
