You will lead short term planning and execution of inbound raw and pack materials, finished goods scheduling and dispatch to have the right stock, labour and transport available to meet a varying forecast.

You must also provide evidence of continued professional development and have a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements. An experienced nurse, you'll have worked in a care home environment and are a confident clinical mentor, including with newly-qualified nurses.

You will lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring they are keeping up with the highest care standards. Keeping accurate records and communicating well with your colleagues are key parts of your role.
