You will be required to demonstrate to customers a new product in store, bringing the brand to life. Learning about the products to answer shopper's questions regarding the product. Keeping a clean and tidy demonstration area. Completing customer feedback sheets at the end of each shift.

You must have excellent communication skills and demonstrates a coaching management style, being clear, open and honest.

You will ensure retail colleagues are trained to the highest of standards whilst having the ability to take corrective action when necessary. The successful candidate will have a passion for sales and a positive, can-do attitude towards their role.

You will be responsible for managing the assistant manager and a team of supervisors and sales assistants and support them in creating special memories for our customers. What to expect from the role

You will be trained thoroughly in our hand-crafted luxury product to become a Pandora product expert.
