You will complete a pre-employment check after receiving an offer. You will be in charge of the maintenance and repairs of all electrical and electronic equipment and systems utilizing a safe system of work including electrical isolation, lock off and permit to work.

You will be familiar with using a Planned Maintenance System and keeping this up to date, and working in accordance with the International Safety Management Procedures.

You should be able to demonstrate expert knowledge of project management including balancing cost, time and quality and have in depth knowledge of relevant legislations, e.g. health & safety, environment and construction law. You will maintain a clean and hygienic environment, safely store and rotate stock, and assist with checking deliveries.

You will follow food safety and health and safety guidelines, support with cleaning schedules, and work closely with the wider team to ensure excellent service for residents.
