Inbound Call Centre jobs in Cardiff

You will be responsible for the supervision of a team of Customer Service and Licensing Officers who take inbound enquiries via telephone and email from our service users. The Team Leader will be responsible for leading and developing a significantly sized staff group and will work with the Contact Centre Manager and Group Leader to develop the service further.

You must be based in the UK with the right to work - You’ll need a quiet place to work from home and reliable broadband – all other kit is provided - You’ll be working shifts across a 7-day rota, with most teams working 2 out of every 5 weekends - Shifts are planned 4–6 weeks in advance and won’t go later than 8pm
