You will ideally have: - Call handling or phone-based customer service experience. - An excellent telephone manner, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Good geographical knowledge of the Powys area is desirable. - Ability to prioritise, work on your own initiative, and as part of a team.

You will take incoming calls from customers, log on the systems and raise jobs as a result of the call. Full paid training will be given and you will be paid an hourly rate of £13.00 per hour, paid weekly.

You must be available to start immediately and will have to pass a security check prior to starting.

You will only be working Monday to Friday, and from the hours of 09:00 – 19:00. Though only 8-hour shifts.

You will also be required to work every other Saturday, from 09:00 – 13:00. * A permanent contract from day one.

You must be IT literate, experienced in dealing with customers in a professional manner and be able to also respond to customer service calls and emails.
