You will join a busy and vibrant claims handling team where you will manage your own caseload of new and existing property claims. As a Property Claims Handler you will: Answer incoming telephone calls and deal with incoming electronic instructions. Liaise with customers, clients, insurers via the telephone, email and in writing.

You will be the go‐to expert for advice, strategy, and tactics, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients. Personal injury experience is crucial for this role, while expertise in other areas such as EL/PL, credit hire, and property claims can be developed and learned on the job.

You will also promote the use of specialist search dogs and awareness of their capabilities, providing specialist security advice where appropriate.

You will work closely with our clients to ensure service provision meets targets, completing deployment reports and communicating any issues to your manager.
