You will work 40 hrs per week between the hours of 8am-8pm Monday - Sunday As anInbound Sales Advisor,

You will be taking inbound calls from customers who are currently within the last 6 months of their contracts. Your role will be to assist with retentions, selling additional products and services as required and you will also deal with brand new customers!

You will work to drive sales through effective questioning & work to promote additional products & services such as mobile phone contracts, home broadband, tablets, simos & more! Examples of the role include: * Retention of existing customers or upgrades. Up sell and cross sell of all products and services to existing and prospective customers to drive up the client's customer base.
