You will have a set weekly rota made up of the below shifts. (Usually 2 Early shifts and 1 x Mid , 1x Late)

You will handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails to process orders, quotes and provide technical support. The role also includes outbound calls to follow up on quotes and maintain strong customer relationships. Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday (40 hours/week)Our VisionTo understand our customers’ needs and provide solutions and guidance that help them succeed.

You should be proactive; sales driven and maintain an outstanding level of service.

You must have excellent communication & organisational skills while working well in a fast-paced environment. There will also be occasional times you are required to assist in the warehouse either picking or putting away products.

You will work primarily with warm leads generated through website activity and inbound enquiries, while also proactively promoting Skillshub through outreach and LinkedIn engagement to generate additional opportunities.

You will be targeted on new business performance on a quarterly basis and will manage the full sales journey from initial conversation through to close.
