You will be responsible for scheduling customer bookings, providing clear information, and ensuring every caller receives an exceptional level of service.

You will keep customers informed throughout their vehicle service, answer any questions they may have, and liaise closely with technicians and workshop control to monitor vehicle progress and ensure timely completion.

You will enjoy having conversations with people, listening and building relationships as it’s important that we really get to know our clients and understand their requirements.

You will have a passion and entrepreneurial mindset.

You will be well versed in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment.

You will have good organisation and administrative skills, knowledge of dealer management systems would be an advantage but is not essential. Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

You will work alongside SOTI’s partners including some leading tech giants that will keep you on the cusp of emerging technologies. What You’ll Do Drive outbound lead generation through personalized multi-channel outreach - including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn messaging — targeting senior decision-makers in enterprise organizations.

You will work very closely with both the Marketing function and the Sales Director, playing a pivotal role in building and qualifying a strong sales pipeline.
