You will lead Aviva's 'Market Data' and 'Information Architecture' pillars, shaping how data is defined, organised, and used across our markets.

You will work closely with Market CIOs, the Data CIO, and the CDO, contributing to the enterprise data model and advancing our data foundations across the organisation.

You will be an integral partner within our Digital community, liaising with our Information Management and other internal stakeholders, and developing strategic approaches and relationships with the external market to meet our future technology needs. The Digital Procurement Team:

You will record and monitor complaints and compliments, maintain detailed action plans, respond to enquiries via phone and email, liaise with managers and staff to determine appropriate actions and collate records for investigations and Ombudsman enquiries.

You will also be asked to take minutes at complex meetings from time to time.

You will work in a hybrid model, with two office days per week, and receive a competitive salary between £55,000 and £60,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package.
