You will benefit from structured and ongoing training, supported by a dedicated training manager. Additional training will be provided in any areas where development is required, ensuring continued technical progression and compliance with industry standards.

You will: Lead design investigations and develop robust technical solutions for manufacturing non-conformances and design issues. Hold and apply T200 design approval signatory for non-conformance concessions. Provide guidance, governance and technical leadership within the engineering team, supporting colleagues through mentoring.

You will be working with a varied portfolio of commercial clients, including student accommodation, government buildings, offices, and retail sites, ensuring no two days are the same.

You will be expected to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.
