You will play a key role in improving the accuracy, consistency, and performance of AI-driven moderation systems, as well as supporting vendor calibration and quality initiatives.

You will support the configuration, administration, and continuous optimisation of our key technology platforms, including SaaS applications, no-code/low-code solutions, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Your goal is to enhance operational efficiency through automation, smart workflow design, and proactive system management.

You will ideally have proven experience working within a Technical Service Desk ITIL environment, providing professional customer focused service to agreed standards and procedures within Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You'll need technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve incidents and complete Service Requests according to agreed processes.

You will be focused around the regulatory reporting of leakage and the water balance.

You will need a strong background in statistical analysis and proficiency in data manipulation tools.
