You will be joining our expanding Buildings Technology Services team, as an Associate or Associate Director, with accountability for the technical leadership, project management and delivery of projects from inception through to handover to the client. At WSP our Building Technology Systems (BTS) team are providing Smart, ICT (Information and Communications) and AV (Audio Visual) design.

You will be accountable for Greggs’ Enterprise Services landscape, supporting approximately 33,000 colleagues across Retail, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and central functions at Greggs House.

You will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of key enterprise clients.

You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunity identification and solution positioning to contract negotiation and post-sale handoff, while collaborating closely with internal partners including Solution Executives, Solution Engineers, Professional Services, and Customer Success.

You will be responsible for developing and coordinating 3D models, producing drawings, and supporting clash detection, ensuring construction teams have the right information at the right time. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain accurate 3D models for underground services (ducts, drainage, chambers, utilities) and reinforced concrete structures.
