You will provide high-quality design services across a range of projects, ensuring technical excellence, consistency and compliance. Working within multidisciplinary teams, you will support project delivery, quality assurance and client coordination. Key Responsibilities - Produce and review high-quality design documents, drawings and specifications.

You will work across a diverse portfolio of projects including residential, education, mixed-use, care homes, healthcare, commercial, and regeneration schemes, with a particular focus on residential developments and Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs).

You should have up to date knowledge of relevant legislation, challenges and developments within OT and social care and should possess high quality written and verbal skills.

You will be involved in projects from concept through to completion, gaining exposure to both the creative and technical aspects of lighting design while working directly with clients and project teams.

You will also be heavily involved in client development, financial forecasting, team management and the continued growth of the Building Surveying team.
