You will undertake feasibility assessments, analysis, preliminary and detailed design. Carry our design risk assessments and apply mitigation's. Joining and established team, this is a hybrid role, with a 50/50 split of home and site work for surveys and validation of the build along with some overnight stays depending on where you are based.

You will work alongside a small but highly capable team of Engineers and Chartered Engineers, supporting the design and delivery of development infrastructure including highways, drainage, earthworks, external levels and utilities. Projects span residential, education, healthcare, retail, commercial and leisure sectors, with values ranging from £1m to £200m.

You will be the civil design lead, managing and developing a growing team of engineers and technicians, delivering a wide range of infrastructure projects.

You will have previous team leadership experience and a track record of project delivery, with the ability to win work and build strong client relationships.
