You will also support the wider business improvement initiatives as the finance team grows into more of an advisory and commercial service to the rest of the business, as well supporting with strategic financial planning and oversight a Finance Analyst.

You will be a qualified accountant, with strong experience of finance business partnering, ideally within a professional services setting.

You should be hard working and proactive in carrying out their duties.

You should have a positive approach, be a confident communicator and have an ability to solve problems in a logical manner.

You will be required to work in an alternating 2 shift pattern (6am-2.30pm; 1:30pm-10:00pm; Monday-Friday).

You will play a pivotal role in the production and audit of the year-end financial statements and be the lead for the implementing previous audit recommendations. They have agile working in place with a preference for some on-site presence, but would consider fully remote working arrangements for the right candidate.

You will report into the UK finance manager and be responsible for: - Provide insightful financial guidance to site managers and senior management, ensuring clear understanding of performance against targets and identifying levers to improve results (including Adjusted EBITDA, CAPEX, and Operating Cashflow).

You will act as a trusted financial partner to the CEO, founders, and leadership team, helping translate financial performance into clear, actionable decisions as the business continues to scale.

You will build and refine core finance processes from the ground up, lead consolidated reporting, and ensure the business has the financial visibility and discipline required to grow sustainably.
