You will be instrumental in ensuring that all scheduling and planned preventative maintenance activities are delivered within agreed timeframes. Duties to include but not limited to: - Act as the main point of contact for our site leaders, ensuring they are fully informed of planned works, progress updates, and outcomes, while promptly actioning maintenance and facilities requests.

You will promote the function’s proposition, processes and performance, ensuring they are valued and understood, both internal and externally.

You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, and you’ll be an effective team player, demonstrating a positive ‘can do’ attitude and co-operative interaction with team members.

You will handle claims / projects up to £1m in value for domestic and commercial / industrial properties.

You will be expected to assess the damage and determine causation / policy liability.

You will write / submit full reports, outlining your findings and commenting on the nature and extent of damage.
