initial cleaning jobs in Glasgow City

You will be responsible for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning.

You will ensure that the cleaning staff understand and work to task schedules while following the correct Health & Safety procedures by providing technical training as and when required.

You will distribute uniforms, monitor standard of cleanliness and the use of materials and order stocks as necessary.

You will be supervising a team of cleaners who will be carrying out a range of cleaning activities including mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, emptying bins, and the upkeep of washrooms, toilets, offices, and external areas.

You will need to provide sufficient cover and allocate cleaning tasks during periods of staff absence or holidays, monitor cleaning operatives’ attendance, communicate any staffing issues immediately to your line manager and respond to all requests within a reasonable time frame as required.

You will be able to assist in ensuring we are meeting our clients cleaning expectations whilst operating in a professional manner and You are passionate about delivering a personable and reliable service to our clients. If you have the ability to contribute to the team and want to help promote our Company values, are able to be friendly, polite but assertive whilst always remaining professional.

You should have relevant real estate experience and a strong interest in clean energy transactions. Although prior experience in clean energy is preferred, it is not essential, as training will be provided if necessary.
