You will be responsible for shaping and continuously improving claims processes, and governance, driving cost-effective large-loss management, delivering volume claim strategies (including fraud management), managing re-insurance, in addition to driving the data strategy.

You will have the following skills, experience and background:

You will be responsible for delivering excellent client care to clients who have suffered from a traumatic and life changing event.

You will have regular one-to-one meetings with your line manager to review your performance against these objectives and identify any areas for development and/or required support.

You will provide comprehensive administrative and case support, progressing matters through the case management system, managing incoming communications, and maintaining accurate records throughout the lifecycle of each claim.
