You will join a successful, knowledgeable and tight knit private client team which has grown and developed both organically, along with the addition of fantastic experience brought in with lateral partner moves.

You will be responsible for the mentorship, management and leadership of the Worcester based team, reporting directly to the Head of Practice.

You will be based at the Kidderminster office, with the wider team working from Birmingham, Bromsgrove, Worcester, Telford and Ludlow offices.

You will be a qualified Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive, with at least five years’ post qualified experience, preferably with a generalist/mixed caseload of Private Client work.

You will have the opportunity to offer a diverse range of insurance solutions, including Motor Fleet, Commercial Combined, Professional Liability, and SME cover.

You should be a natural relationship builder who enjoys visiting clients and finding creative solutions to their challenges.

You will work within the standards provided in the OFG Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working.
