You will act as a trusted subject matter expert, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver transformation programmes across underwriting, claims, delegated authority, finance, and operations. Key Responsibilities:Act as a Subject Matter Expert across the insurance lifecycle within the London and specialty markets, including Lloyd’s.

You will be required to lead the development and delivery of insurance business plans, focusing on Lloyd’s coverholder models and future risk-carrying options. As well as provide underwriting oversight, drive strategic decision-making, and collaborate with senior stakeholders across underwriting, actuarial, finance, and distribution.

You will be contributing and leading tasks around Pricing Strategy and Development based on market conditions and thorough data research. Within this role, you'll be applying yourself with a number of different analytical tools and softwares. In addition to typical Actuarial softwares, we're looking for those with knowledge and skills in Data Science techniques such as Power BI, Python, SQL.

You will have the opportunity to lead client relationships, influence strategy, and play a key role in driving the business forward.

You will have a supportive team and infrastructure in place to succeed and also be involved in the building of a specialist new business function.

You will have 5yrs + experience within insurance commercial broking.
