You will take responsibility for the full range of commercial and surveying functions across refurbishment, renovation, and new build projects.

You will play a key role in managing costs, procurement, valuations, and financial reporting, while supporting the wider project team to ensure efficient delivery and strong commercial control throughout the project lifecycle.
