You will be a qualified accountant, (ACA / CIMA / ACCA), with at least three years PQE and experience of working in a company/divisional finance role (with first hand experience of preparing budgets/forecasts) seeking a role with a level of autonomy and responsibility. Confidence to challenge the business is key to succeed in this role.

You will work closely with a wide range of clinical and professional disciplines in order to deliver holistic care by completing assessments of new admissions to Dunes ward and managing their treatment and ensuring safe discharges back to the community.

You will be part of a dedicated team supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) within a nurturing residential environment, whilst taking on additional leadership and mentoring responsibilities.
