You will work closely with engineering teams to understand their pain points and translate them into practical solutions — for example, building reusable components like commands, skills, and CI agents; designing and orchestrating custom agent workflows; developing low/no-code agents for faster adoption; and creating and maintaining knowledge bases connected via connectors and MCP servers.

You will own core parts of the AI agent infrastructure, including multi agent systems, RAG pipelines, and evaluation frameworks. The work is hands on and production focused, covering backend services, AI infrastructure, and delivery at scale.

You will work on a diverse range of challenges, from model-serving APIs and data pipelines to infrastructure for intelligent agents and automation frameworks.

You will collaborate closely with the CTO and engineering team to design, build, and scale production systems that integrate AI into real-world applications.

You will act as the Siemens NX (NXX) subject-matter authority, defining modelling best practices, methodologies, and automation patterns, while partnering closely with engineering leadership to scale effective ways of working.
