You will maintain and develop controls to maximise returns and cash flow and utilise your financial and management experience to ensure the effective running of the dealership and the Company’s Guest Experience. Key Responsibilities and Duties (list not exhaustive) Achieve accurate dealership accounts, within the specified time scale, in accordance with Company accounting and procedural policies.

You will need to lead some parts and support all processes and activity within your team and liaise with wider stakeholders to develop ways of working that are able to deliver and are sufficiently robust to embed continuous improvements. In particular, you will need to lead on ensuring that the balance on the capital expenditure holding account is reduced and maintained at acceptable levels.

You will take ownership of interim valuations, change assessments, detailed variation pricing, measurement, benchmarking, and commercial negotiations. The post holder is accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all M&E commercial outputs, including CVRs, variation logs, commercial trackers, risk registers, and final accounts.

You will be part of our Information Management network responsible for implementing the latest digital design delivery methods and improved ways of working across our major projects. Our team works with a range of major project clients, predominantly in the transportation sector in the UK and North America.

You will work closely with all areas of the depot to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and that service standards remain consistently high.

You will coordinate delivery and collection schedules, monitor equipment availability, and proactively resolve any issues that could impact service levels.
