You will be a professionally qualified accountant or tax professional with extensive relevant experience in Tax, ideally in a large business.

You will take ownership of interim valuations, change assessments, detailed variation pricing, measurement, benchmarking, and commercial negotiations. The post holder is accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all M&E commercial outputs, including CVRs, variation logs, commercial trackers, risk registers, and final accounts.

You will also have a good working knowledge and understanding of commercial leases. Candidates must possess a full driving licence and access to their own transport would be preferable to fulfil the duties of the role.

You will be involved from early cost planning stages through to project delivery and final account, working closely with senior commercial and project management professionals. This role would suit someone keen to develop their commercial skillset within a supportive and structured environment.
