You will oversee end to end data migration from legacy platforms, Azure landing zone setup, environment readiness, integrations, governance, and delivery management across diverse client workstreams (HR, Payroll, Workforce, Clinical, Reporting), implementation of reporting & analytics use cases for end users.

You will work closely with prospective clients to understand their needs, educate them on Native Teams' solutions, and guide them through the decision-making and onboarding process. Your goal is to acquire new customers and expand revenue within assigned markets and ICPs.
