You will join a small - mid size clinical trial supply business who are growing day by day, securing new deals and strengthening relationships. That means a lot of growth, starting with the procurement team. They are seeking a confident director of procurement coming with strong experience of sourcing comparators.

You will influence strategy, own sector growth and share in our overall business success through our Employee Ownership Trust structure, which rewards sustained performance and contribution. Key Responsibilities - Build and execute a sector growth plan for Retail Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, Payments or Fintech.

You will strengthen long-term relationships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure clients receive exceptional support across our service portfolio.

You will take ownership of interim valuations, change assessments, detailed variation pricing, measurement, benchmarking, and commercial negotiations. The post holder is accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all M&E commercial outputs, including CVRs, variation logs, commercial trackers, risk registers, and final accounts.

You will strengthen long-term relationships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure clients receive exceptional support across our service portfolio.

You will proactively manage accounts, identify opportunities, and ensure strong client retention, while collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team, sales, and marketing to build a pipeline of new strategic partnerships.

You will get a high level of autonomy and influence within a senior leadership team. The role offers a competitive remuneration package, including fixed and performance-related components, aligned to location and experience.
