You will hold a degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or be working towards this qualification - ideally possess equivalent experience and/or professional memberships. - Familiarity with electronic contract administration tools is desirable.

You will manage a range of commercial aspects including procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations and management of subcontract works packages through to final account.

You will be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management or a related subject
