You will collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and sustainability experts to deliver high-quality, low-carbon solutions. 🔧 Key Responsibilities - Design and develop mechanical systems for commercial, residential, and public sector projects. - Conduct detailed calculations and simulations to ensure system efficiency and compliance with regulations.

You will undertake effective strengths-based assessments, planning, and direct work with adults and carers, identifying needs in accordance with the Care Act 2014, statutory guidance, policy, and procedures.

You will also be responsible for safeguarding duties to protect adults from abuse or neglect.

You will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions for their clients. Their diverse range of projects will allow you to develop your engineering skills, working across all RIBA deliverable stages for both new and refurbished facilities. The team structure is designed to provide quality mentoring and coaching, supporting your development as you gain knowledge and experience.

You should ideally be qualified to a minimum of HND level and have a minimum of 2 years' UK building services design experience.

You should have a demonstrable UK building services background.
