You will be expected to visit each site every week.

You will manage the packages of work, dealing with internal staff and any subcontractors and you will need to be onsite to do valuations and forecasts at the end of the month

You will be a QS who is used to working on high value projects, preferably with a main contractor with strong emphasis on contractual terms.

You will be supporting other more senior members of the commercial team in delivering the varied commercial duties for our Rolls-Royce projects, as well as being responsible for procuring and managing our supply chain.

You will actively seek to minimise the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality for our client.

You will also bring: - Strong understanding of NEC contracts - A passion for safety and doing things the right way - Proven commercial awareness and negotiation skills - Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical ability
