You will be working closely with both clients and the senior leadership team to ensure high-quality service delivery and continuous process improvement. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Accountant that has been working within an accounting practice that is looking for a new challenge within a reputable firm that is offering a progression path to Partner in the near future.

You will play a central role in implementing the operational strategy across the contract, ensuring delivery of high-quality maintenance services, including reactive, planned, and grounds maintenance, that meet all contractual KPIs and SLAs.

You will need to have excellentmunication skills to liaise with senior clients and the ability to prioritise and problem-solve under pressure.
