You will collaborate closely with Consultant Psychiatrists and other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective titration, treatment, and ongoing management of ADHD patients. Key Responsibilities - Deliver evidence-based prescribing and titration in line with NICE guidelines and internal clinical standards.

You will be responsible for gaining new distribution opportunities by building and nurturing relationships with key decision makers within the independent convenience retail & wholesale sector, as well as driving range expansion and brand presence within retailers who already stock IVG.

You will mentor and lead your direct reports, ensuring they perform their duties to the highest standards.

You will develop and monitor the budget, ensuring the business meets its financial targets and accurately predict future trends.

You will implement an internal audit program to ensure compliance with all financial and statutory regulations.

You will be ACA/ACCA/CPA Qualified ideally beginning in a Big 4 audit firm and followed by a leadership position within a complex multinational manufacturing environment.

You will have strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX, with the confidence to explain complex accounting standards.

You will provide continuous 1:1 nursing care, medication management, monitoring of chronic conditions and coordination with local doctors and clinics.

You will have your dedicated Mentor in practice to support you on a day to day basis. Alongside your mentor our Overseas Clinical Advisor is on hand to offer support and guidance whenever needed.
