You will deliver a full range of sales and marketing approaches to drive sales including handling enquiries, developing the digital profile of the home and networking with the local community.

You will be confident communicating with customers, highly organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

You will play a key role in supporting inspection readiness and driving improvements that make a real difference.

You will report to the Programme Manager for this service, and will be accountable for a variety of project related activities, supporting strategic projects delivering transformative change across multiple service areas.

You will play a key role in providing advice, assessing housing needs, and helping applicants navigate their housing options. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Manage the triage process for homeless applications.

You will need to make not homeless, not eligible decisions. Experience in the use of Jigsaw system.

You will ideally hold a passionate for the Automotive sector and possibly have a understanding of vehicles mechanics and parts.
