You will provide assistance to residents in need of physical personal care and carry out individual tasks with residents in line with their support plans, to maintain or improve their quality of life and to be able to recognise signs of distress in residents.

You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work within a changing environment and have good communication skills.

You will be supported by the District Nursing Sisters and Band 6 Community Nurses to deliver nursing care covering weekdays, weekends, bank holidays and evenings.
