You will serve as the primary point of contact between contractors, project stakeholders, and engineering teams, ensuring that construction activities adhere to design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. You should have an SVQ Level 3, HNC, Apprenticeship, or equivalent in a building‑related discipline; be Gas Safe registered and/or ACS accredited (with annual renewal of accreditation); and/or NICEIC accredited (or equivalent).
