You will be an experienced Technical Coordinator working within the residential development industry, or a Design Coordinator working for a new build contractor that builds large residential projects for clients such as housing associations.

You will have an architectural or civil engineering background, and have experience of working on a range of new build residential projects.

You should have at least 3 years of experience in the installation of electrical equipment, ideally on nuclear sites such as Nuclear Power Plants (NPP), the Hinkley Point C (HPC) project, the FA3 or the EPR of Taishan.

You will be required to work closely with teams, contributing to the safety and reliability of the installations.

You will be expected to visit each site every week.

You will manage the packages of work, dealing with internal staff and any subcontractors and you will need to be onsite to do valuations and forecasts at the end of the month

You will be a QS who is used to working on high value projects, preferably with a main contractor with strong emphasis on contractual terms.

You will ideally have:

You will be responsible for design updates, documentation, and customer liaison, ensuring smooth project delivery. Reporting to the Deputy Managing Director, you will receive regular support from Head Office and play a key role in managing customer relationships.

You will guide projects from inception to completion, ensuring excellence in health, safety, environmental management, and overall delivery. Collaborate with a skilled team, manage project risks, and contribute your industry expertise to support new bids and long-term success.

You will report to the Project Manager.
