You will provide excellent customer service to our key customers over the phone, face to face in branch or via email to drive customer loyalty. You’ll manage a live portfolio of current customers whilst proactively targeting and developing new customers into profitable accounts.

You will work as part of a project team on assigned projects, while also contributing to technical design reviews to ensure systems are delivered to specification, on time and within budget.

You will work closely with the project delivery team, engage with client representatives and processes, and coordinate with civil subcontractors from mobilisation through to handover. You will work with a variety of partners, customers, and clients on the delivery of a professional service that maximises resources and delivers positive outcomes.
