You will provide continuous 1:1 nursing care, medication management, monitoring of chronic conditions and coordination with local doctors and clinics.

You will play a key role in supporting inspection readiness and driving improvements that make a real difference.

You will report to the Programme Manager for this service, and will be accountable for a variety of project related activities, supporting strategic projects delivering transformative change across multiple service areas.

You will also be responsible for managing and upholding compliance to existing and new accreditations (where relevant). We're looking for someone who can strike the right balance between firmness and partnership.
