IT customer service jobs in Thatcham

You must be aged 18 or over to apply for this role as it may involve either, working before 6am or after 10pm, or some other business-related needs. We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op.

You will be showing customers the products and service on offer e.g. Kitchen doors, worktops, handles, appliances etc.

You will also be carrying out general admin duties e.g., quotations, placing orders, dealing with suppliers and other admin work as required

You will be working from the Thatcham Branch, on the A4.

You will need to possess excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, attention to detail and customer centric attributes. Capable of working individually or as part of a team.

You will also have contact with our members by telephone, ensuring they are able to manage their day to day servicing of their savings accounts.
