You will receive tickets throughout the day and work closely with users to resolve issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive support experience.

You will be fully supported by a Service Delivery Manager and wider technical teams.

You will assist with incidents, service requests, and problem resolution, escalating where necessary, and support the wider IT team with technology rollouts and investigations.

You will need access to your own vehicle for this position.
