You will ideally have experience of working with fresh ingredients and be able to demonstrate good chef/kitchen skills (food prep hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, good hygiene practices) - Good communication skills and a team player. - Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision

You will mentor and lead your direct reports, ensuring they perform their duties to the highest standards.
